The Olds "3" mouthpiece is not in great condition, but still has some life. The original case is included and is functional, but has plenty of wear (and sticky residue on the exterior from past decals). The horn has been chem cleaned and is gig ready. The slides are free and compression is good. The silver plating is in good condition, but has wear in the normal spots. The valves are in great condition, have minimal wear, and are ported nicely w/ new felts / corks serial numbers match. There are a few joints with messy solder spots, but they're tight. There are a few dings, as pictured, and the bell has a slight warp. It is in nice condition overall, but does have general wear from past use. ![]() The serial number, 139316, dates to 1954 and makes it an Los Angeles model. For consideration is a vintage FE Olds Ambassador cornet.
